GOALS FOR AMARILLO AREA MENTAL HEALTH CONSUMERS, 2007-2008
1. Establish a warm line so consumers will have a number to call when they need to just talk. This would not be a crisis hotline
2. Have support and educational groups for Spanish speaking individuals.
3. Recruit volunteers from the community to teach classes and help with projects.
4. Increase funding sources to keep AMHC and the Agape Center operating.
5. . Develop Agape Artisans to include more art and craft works by consumers.
6. Work on an anti-stigma campaign.
